I’m Jeannette Paxia, an Empowerment Speaker, Coach, and International Best-Selling Author dedicated to helping people discover the confidence, strength, and courage already within them.

For more than 25 years, I’ve helped people create happier, more successful lives by breaking through self-doubt, limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, burnout, and the fear of being seen. Through my work, I empower women to reconnect with who they truly are, embrace their inner strength, and confidently move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and courage.

My passion for empowerment also extends to children. After experiencing bullying myself and later watching my own children face it, I created my Inner Superhero anti-bullying programs to help children build confidence, self-esteem, empathy, and resilience. Through engaging presentations, classroom programs, and community events, I teach children that they have the power within themselves to stand strong, believe in who they are, and become their own inner superhero.

Whether I’m speaking to a room full of women, coaching someone through a personal breakthrough, or inspiring children to believe in themselves, I bring a compassionate, engaging, and action-oriented approach.

My mission is simple: to help people stop playing small, discover their inner superhero, and create a life they are proud to live.
