Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

Welcome to JeannettePaxia.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the services, information, resources, and content made available through it

.

This website is operated by Pax Coaching, referred to throughout these Terms as “Pax Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Website Purpose

JeannettePaxia.com and PaxCoach.com provides information about coaching, speaking, workshops, empowerment programs, mastermind groups, children’s programs, and related services offered by Pax Coaching.

The website may also allow you to contact us, request information, schedule a conversation, register your interest in a program, or access links to other websites, applications, or services.

Use of this website does not, by itself, create a coaching, consulting, client, or other professional relationship between you and Pax Coaching.

2. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Information provided through this website, our programs, coaching, workshops, presentations, or other materials is intended for educational, informational, and personal or professional development purposes.

Pax Coaching does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional services through this website unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our services are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services provided by an appropriately qualified professional.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, business decisions, and results.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We want our clients and participants to succeed, but individual results vary.

Pax Coaching does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, business, educational, relationship, health, or other outcome from using this website or participating in any coaching, program, workshop, mastermind, or other service.

Any examples, testimonials, success stories, or descriptions of results represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results may depend on many factors, including your circumstances, effort, participation, decisions, implementation, experience, and other factors outside our control.

4. Services, Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Specific services may be subject to additional terms provided through a proposal, agreement, invoice, registration form, booking confirmation, or other written communication.

Those specific terms will govern the applicable service if they differ from these website Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific service or program, payment terms will be communicated at the time a service is booked or arranged.

Individual coaching or consulting appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged in full.

For coaching packages, programs, masterminds, workshops, or other services delivered over time, payments are generally non-refundable once the service or program has begun. Any cancellation or refund terms specific to a particular service will be disclosed at the time of registration or booking.

If Pax Coaching must cancel a paid service and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative or rescheduled date, the client will be offered an appropriate credit or refund for the affected service.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

If Pax Coaching later offers subscriptions, automatic renewals, recurring memberships, or other recurring online payments, additional purchase and cancellation terms may apply and will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Children’s Programs

Pax Coaching offers programs and services that may be designed for children, families, schools, churches, camps, and other organizations serving children.

This website, however, is intended for use by adults.

Pax Coaching does not knowingly collect personal information directly through this website from children under the age of 13. Registration, inquiries, scheduling, or other communication concerning a child should be completed by a parent, legal guardian, school, organization, or other responsible adult.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly through this website without appropriate consent, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review and, when appropriate, remove the information.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to Pax Coaching, including text, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, videos, audio, presentations, worksheets, downloads, program materials, course materials, and other original content.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not, without prior written permission:

- reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit our content;

- copy or substantially reproduce our programs, methods, materials, presentations, worksheets, or resources;

- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;

- use our materials to create competing products, programs, services, or training; or

- represent our content or materials as your own.

Any materials provided as part of a paid service or program may also be subject to additional usage or licensing terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website:

- for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose;

- to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

- to attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;

- to transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or other disruptive materials;

- to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;

- to scrape, harvest, or collect website content or user information through unauthorized automated means; or

- in a way that violates the rights of Pax Coaching or any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

8. Information You Submit

If you submit information through a contact form, registration form, scheduling tool, questionnaire, email, or other feature of the website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You should not submit confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

9. Testimonials, Reviews, and Feedback

From time to time, the website may feature testimonials, reviews, comments, or other feedback from clients, participants, or community members.

Testimonials reflect the experience or opinion of the individual providing them and do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.

If you voluntarily provide feedback or a testimonial and separately authorize Pax Coaching to use it for promotional purposes, we may reproduce or display that authorized material in accordance with the permission provided.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

This website may contain links to websites, applications, scheduling systems, social media platforms, payment providers, educational platforms, or other services operated by third parties.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

Pax Coaching does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, products, services, or actions of third-party websites or services.

A link from this website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the third party or everything offered through that third party.

11. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, error-free, or available.

Services, programs, pricing, schedules, availability, descriptions, links, and other website content may change from time to time.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the website will operate without interruption, that it will be free from errors or harmful components, or that all content will meet your particular needs or expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pax Coaching and its owners, officers, contractors, employees, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.

Pax Coaching is also not responsible for losses resulting from decisions or actions you take based on general information provided through the website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pax Coaching and its owners, officers, contractors, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the website.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website, business practices, or applicable requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree to another dispute-resolution process in writing.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional written agreement applicable to a particular service, constitute the agreement governing your use of this website.

If you enter into a separate written agreement with Pax Coaching for coaching, speaking, training, consulting, or another service, the terms of that agreement will control with respect to that service if there is a conflict with these website Terms.

Pax Coaching does not currently use website visitor information to track individuals across unrelated websites for targeted advertising purposes.

Some technology providers used to operate the website may process technical information as part of providing their services. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy practices and agreements with Pax Coaching.

Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals, this website may not respond differently when such a signal is received.

We will update this Privacy Policy if our tracking practices materially change.

8. Third-Party Websites and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, social media platforms, scheduling tools, educational platforms, or other services.

Those services operate independently from Pax Coaching and maintain their own privacy policies and data practices.

We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party websites or services.

We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing personal information.

However, no website, internet transmission, electronic storage system, or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You provide information electronically at your own risk.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
